As a Customer Project Manager for Precision Diagnosis and Image Guided Therapy you will play a vital role in maintaining close, trust-based relationships with our customers based in eastern region of Denmark, including Copenhagen, as well as the southern part of Sweden. Your physical presence, timely coordination, swift issue resolution, and a consistent customer experience, especially in high-touch environments, will be an essence of your daily work.
Your role:
Leads the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Engages with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance and resolving advanced issues to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Applies independent judgment under limited supervision to drive project success and compliance, cultivating effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure resource allocation and achievement of project milestones.
Analyzes project performance data and metrics to offer strategic insights that optimize outcomes, enhance customer value, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluates project risks, issues, and change requests, collaborating with project managers on mitigation strategies to ensure project success while maintaining customer trust.
You're the right fit if:
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing demanding projects, showcasing your ability to lead and deliver complex initiatives successfully.
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, providing a solid educational foundation for understanding technical and operational aspects of projects.
You possess excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken, allowing you to effectively present and convey information internally as well as externally.
You are adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills to ensure timely execution and handover.
You have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work independently and proactively, inspiring confidence and building trust within project teams and with customers.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
