The PositionAs the Customer Partner, you will be responsible for growing the market share and achieving sales goals for the assigned territory. You will be responsible for executing the sales process, ensure operation effectiveness and efficiency, with proficient interpersonal and communication skills, and providing effective solutions to establish and maintain relationships that result in customer satisfaction, retention and acquisition.

In this role, you will
Lead the complete sales process including prospecting, qualification, closing, contracting, implementation, and ensuring high-standard after-sales support through solution/consultative selling.
Build long-term, value-based customer relationships by continuously uncovering changing needs, improving customer experience, and adding value through creative solutions.
Establish credibility with stakeholders by demonstrating business acumen, professional expertise, and adapting one's communication style to align with customers' working styles.
Drive business development by identifying, developing, retaining, extending, and acquiring accounts, and collaborating across teams to attain objectives.
Strategize for growth by developing and implementing annual territorial plans to achieve sales goals and future growth, and profiling accounts to position RDMY strongly to win tenders.
Maintain data integrity in REXIS Salesforce by regularly updating accounts/contacts, and ensuring weekly entry and monitoring of activities and business opportunities.
Support sales execution with technical proficiency, including conducting basic troubleshooting and using the Global Deal Calculator (GDC) to prepare sales proposals, along with participation in relevant marketing events.
Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.
Who you are
Strong client-facing skills including communication, negotiation, and influencing.
Highly efficient and results-driven, demonstrating strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Commercial awareness and product knowledge, plus the ability to be a team player who thrives and collaborates in a cross-functional, fast-changing environment.
Required education is a Bachelor or Master Degree in Health/Science/Medical disciplines (Tertiary qualification in Science and Business focus is desired), preferably with at least one year of related industry experience.
High technical ability and computer literacy are required, along with a valid Malaysian driver’s license and the ability to travel interstate; IT, people management, marketing, and business development experience are beneficial.
