The role
Customer Operations sits at the heart of Liberis. We own the merchant journey from onboarding through to in-life support and play a key role in scaling our business across Europe.
We’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Operations Associate to join our growing Munich team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to build experience in FinTech, payments and customer operations within a fast-growing international business.
What you'll do
- Be the main point of contact for our German-speaking merchants
- Own customer queries end-to-end via phone, email and live chat
- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues
- Work closely with Sales, Underwriting and other teams to ensure a smooth merchant experience
- Share customer feedback to help improve our product and processes
What we are looking for
- Fluent German and English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in fintech or financial services
- Organised, adaptable and eager to learn
- Nice to have: competency in Czech, Slovak or Polish would also be an advantage!

Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week, but ideally 4 days.
