This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience Analyst to support our National Pro Account business and key retail partners. In this role, you'll help optimize order execution, monitor business performance, support customer growth initiatives, and drive operational excellence across complex customer programs. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a customer-focused mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer operations, order performance, and service metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Manage project-based and customer-specific order fulfillment activities, including ship-to setup, jobsite deliveries, split shipments, and specialized fulfillment requirements.

  • Monitor order flow and inventory availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact service levels or delivery commitments.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, inventory availability, fulfillment, and service concerns.

  • Develop and maintain customer reporting, dashboards, and operational performance metrics to support business decisions and customer growth strategies.

  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve business processes.

  • Support customer programs, Pro Portal maintenance, and retail execution activities to ensure accurate information and seamless customer experiences.

  • Contribute to new customer initiatives, program launches, and evolving go-to-market strategies that support business growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of experience in customer experience, customer operations, supply chain, order management, business analytics, or a related discipline.

  • Experience utilizing ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel to analyze data and manage business processes.

  • Ability to interpret data, develop reporting, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience supporting large retail, B2B, distribution, national account, or project-based customers preferred.
