A Day in the LifeJoin our Offer and Contracting Operations Team as a Contract Coordinator with Italian and English and play an important role in supporting commercial success in a dynamic, international environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with contracts, pricing, and business processes, while collaborating across teams and markets. In this role, you will support Sales Representatives by creating and managing deals in Vendavo, ensuring pricing accuracy, data transparency, and compliance with established guidelines.
Working closely with the Italian & UK Team, as well as Sales and Pricing teams, you will contribute to seamless deal execution, price continuity, and high-quality data across systems. As part of a business-critical function, you will help drive efficient and compliant contract coordination processes while building valuable expertise in a fast-paced, multinational organization.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Create, update, and manage pricing deals in internal tools, including Vendavo, in line with approved guidelines and business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems such as Vendavo, SAP, and ServiceNow, safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of pricing and contract data.
• Support Sales Representatives by preparing customer-ready offers, pricing documentation, reports, and other contract-related materials.
• Manage the team mailbox on a day-to-day basis, ensuring queries are handled, distributed, and tracked in a timely manner through internal systems.
• Maintain customer pricing e-catalogues and price files in cooperation with Operations and E-commerce teams, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with customer requirements.
• Prepare, compile, and upload contractual and ad hoc customer reports, investigate pricing discrepancies, and support audit activities, including documentation and reporting requests.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and support operational decision-making through analysis.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Italian and English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, or other process-driven operational roles
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple systems and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and work efficiently across multiple systems and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong and credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Poland: 77,600.00 PLN - 116,400.00 PLN | 
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
