Job DescriptionFor our successful client in Sofia, one of the most positive and globally recognized manufacturers of confectionery, and food products, we are looking to hire a Customer Consultant with German and English.
Your main tasks as a customer consultant will include:
- Show empathy and focus to customers while resolving issues in a timely manner;
- Come to independent decisions considering compliance with the processes and regulations;
- Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;
