A Day in the LifeThe Customer Business Operations & Supply Chain Loaner Specialist CEE supports Spine loaner pool readiness, inventory health, transfer management, and cross regional asset redeployment across Central and Eastern Europe. Working at the intersection of Business Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Care, this role provides data driven insights and operational coordination to help ensure loaner kits are available, complete, and aligned with current and future business demand. The position plays a key role in improving asset utilization, reducing supply risks, supporting contract driven demand planning, and enabling efficient case coverage across the region. Regular collaboration with international stakeholders is required to drive operational visibility, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Monitor loaner pool readiness, including available kits, incomplete kits, pool size, and critical inventory gaps across the CEE region
- Identify missing SKUs impacting kit availability and evaluate whether current inventory levels can support projected business demand
- Analyze inventory imbalances across territories and recommend stock balancing, transfers, swaps, or redeployment actions to improve utilization
- Track transfer activity, monitor aging open transfers, and coordinate timely follow up and escalation to support inventory availability
- Build and maintain demand planning databases using existing and anticipated customer contracts
- Support lifecycle management of loaner assets and coordinate cross regional redeployment initiatives to maximize utilization and contribute to SOGL avoidance
- Develop operational reports and business insights to support decision making across Sales, Business Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Fluency in Polish
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, supply chain, commercial operations, inventory management, or sales operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience analyzing SKU level, kit level, territory level, or operational performance data.
