What Will You Be Doing?
- Salesforce Data Management and Analysis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce record, including entering new contacts, opportunities, and service contract requests.
- Support the addition of products and assets to Salesforce accounts and opportunities.
- Assist in developing account engagement plans using Salesforce dashboards.
- Assist with refining target marketing campaigns within Salesforce.
- Track opportunities and conduct regular pipeline audits to ensure data integrity and sales alignment.
- Internal Meeting Coordination and Preparation
- Participate in team and cross-functional organizational meetings.
- Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings and preparation sessions for external customer engagements.
- Sales Tools & Research Support
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ChurnZero, and 6Sense to perform customer research and support strategic pipeline development and targeting efforts.
