Founding CTO / Technical Cofounder — TheraPlug

TheraPlug is building a mobile and web platform that makes connecting with licensed therapists and accessing care through insurance easier.
We’re seeking a hands-on CTO to build the MVP, recruit a lean development team and lead technical execution.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver simple patient and provider onboarding.
• Build AI-assisted matching and clinician-reviewed note assistance.
• Integrate secure video, scheduling, messaging, credentialing workflows and insurance eligibility checks.
• Establish security, testing and infrastructure supporting HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications:
• Experience shipping production mobile and web applications.
• Strong full-stack, API integration and security skills.
• Ability to recruit and lead engineers while writing code.
• Healthcare and practical AI experience preferred. Previous CTO title not required.
Compensation:
No immediate cash salary. Equity, vesting and time commitment will be negotiated in writing under a legally compliant arrangement. Transition to salary depends on funding, which is not guaranteed.
