Lead development of onboarding, AI-assisted matching, clinician-reviewed note assistance, secure video, scheduling, messaging, credentialing, and insurance eligibility integrations. Establish secure infrastructure, testing, and HIPAA-supporting practices while recruiting and leading a lean engineering team. This is an equity-first founding CTO role with no immediate cash salary and a potential future salary dependent on funding.

Hands-on founding CTO responsible for building TheraPlug’s mobile and web MVP, including patient and provider onboarding, AI-assisted therapist matching, clinician-reviewed note assistance, secure video, scheduling, messaging, credentialing, and insurance eligibility integrations. The CTO will establish HIPAA-supporting security, testing, and infrastructure, recruit and lead a lean engineering team, and contribute production code. Compensation is equity-first with no immediate cash salary; future salary depends on funding.
