About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and highly motivated CTO & Co-Founder to join our founding team. As a key leader, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the technical direction of our platform and driving its development from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly evolving industry and build a world-class product.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: 
• Define and execute the overall technical vision and strategy for the platform.
• Lead all aspects of software development, including architecture, design, implementation, and testing.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the platform.
• Hands-on Development: 
• Be a key contributor to the development process.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code across the full stack (frontend, backend, and database).
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Team Building & Management: 
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Product Development: 
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Prioritize and manage the product roadmap.
• Conduct research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends.
• Fundraising & Growth: 
• Contribute to fundraising efforts by presenting the technical vision to investors.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO or Lead Engineer with a successful track record of building and scaling high-growth technology products.
• Deep expertise in full-stack development with strong proficiency in: 
• Frontend: JavaScript (React, Vue, Angular), HTML, CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, Java, etc.
• Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Cloud Computing: AWS, Azure, GCP (experience with serverless architectures a plus)
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles including design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and testing methodologies.
• Passion for building high-quality, user-centric products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to build something great.
• Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, social media platforms, and data analytics.
