Do you enjoy breaking down complex processes and turning them into smarter, more efficient solutions? This role will ensure we are meeting our regulatory and audit requirements while ensuring projects critical to MidFirst are accomplished. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, can improve existing systems and is excited to see their ideas come to life.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving process improvement and automation across the organization. You’ll partner with the Telephony team to understand how work gets done today, what are the key projects that executive level sponsors want completed, identify what are the requirements from our Information Security, Auditing and Compliance organizations, design automated solutions, and help this group perform at the highest level. Can you take this challenge? We are looking forward to seeing how successful you can make it!
What You’ll Do
Work side by side with our Telephony and communication teams, the company’s business units, and analyze, document, and improve the compliance and reporting processes from end to end.
Shadow the First VP over the Telephony organization, ask insightful questions, listen to and understand the requirements and map current-state workflows. Then take those existing workflows as your own and see how they can be improved and automated while ensuring they are completed with the highest level of accuracy.
Investigate, understand and help identify priorities around addressing vulnerabilities specifically in the telephony environment. Become the subject matter expert on how the group can address vulnerabilities in the most effective and efficient monthly / quarterly manner possible. The goal would be for this to be a continuous improvement over time as vulnerability management is becoming increasingly challenging.
Build and implement workflow applications using the Decisions® automation platform, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and other automation tools that can produce required regulatory reviews and audits.
Manage multiple projects while balancing priorities, timelines, business needs and compliance deadlines. Ensure that the First VP of Telephony is updated on any activities that will result in not meeting expectations of the organization.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. Understand the format that various groups require and produce reports that not only meet but exceed the expectation. Be able to provide information in a concise, clear, and professional format either written, presentation or ad hoc.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Humble and team-oriented, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and support others
Growth-minded and coachable, with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
Comfortable working through ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex problems
Proactively identifies risks, gaps, dependencies, and downstream impacts and provides alternatives to how they can be mitigated
Acts with integrity and sound judgment and actively builds trust across the teams
Takes ownership of work and follows through with accountability and attention to quality
Shows initiative and a commitment to excellence in both analysis and execution
