About you:

You’re comfortable operating at senior level, bringing clarity and direction to complex, business‑wide change. You like working with leaders to turn strategy into delivery and you’re trusted to keep things moving when priorities compete. At Access, you’ll play a central role in shaping how Customer Success Management evolves, making sure transformation delivers real value for our people and our customers.

Day to day you will:

  • Own the overall transformation roadmap for Customer Success Management, making sure priorities, dependencies and outcomes are clear to senior leaders.
  • Lead programme governance across multiple change initiatives, providing confident oversight of progress, risks and decisions.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Customer Success, Operations, Technology and People to drive aligned delivery.
  • Make sure change lands well by building strong plans for communication, adoption and long‑term impact.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Significant experience leading complex transformation or programme portfolios in a technology or customer‑focused environment.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders through digital, data or Artificial Intelligence‑enabled change.
  • Strong judgement and presence, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence at leadership level.
  • A calm, structured approach that brings confidence and clarity in fast‑moving or ambiguous situations.
