We are seeking to add a North America CRM Product Owner to lead business product ownership for Salesforce and related client coverage capabilities supporting North America Institutional and Intermediary distribution teams.
Reporting to the Head of CRM & Sales Enablement, this individual-contributor role will translate business priorities into scalable capabilities that improve sales effectiveness, client engagement, workflow efficiency, data quality, and user adoption. Impact is driven through cross-functional influence, stakeholder partnership, and subject-matter expertise rather than direct people management.
Salesforce is the primary platform, with adjacent responsibilities spanning sales enablement, analytics, data, and AI-enabled capabilities. The role partners with dedicated Salesforce administration and development teams and requires a business-owner mindset that balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
What You'll Do
Product Ownership & Delivery

• Own roadmap prioritization with the Head of CRM & Sales Enablement and key business stakeholders, translating objectives into requirements, user stories, process designs, and delivery plans.
• Partner with business, technology, operations, and data teams across solution design, testing, rollout, and optimization.
• Promote data quality and governance in partnership with data stewardship and operations teams.
• Use business outcomes, adoption measures, and user feedback to guide priorities and improve platform value.
Business Partnership & Transformation
• Build trusted relationships across sales leadership, consultant relations, relationship management, operations, data, and technology.
• Align North America distribution stakeholders and CRM delivery teams, facilitating decisions across competing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve client coverage, sales workflows, and commercial effectiveness through CRM, analytics, process improvement, and practical AI-enabled capabilities.
• Communicate priorities, progress, outcomes, risks, and recommendations effectively to leadership and users.
Adoption & Value Realization
• Lead rollout, change management, training, and adoption for new CRM capabilities and enhancements.
• Develop targeted communications and enablement materials, and monitor adoption and business impact to improve realized value.
