· Credit risk assessment- conduct
thorough credit checks on the customer such as their ability to pay for the
goods/products.
· Recruiting new customers
· Negotiate credit terms and
conditions with customers.
· To arrange payment plans and
negotiate payment arrangements with the customer
· Maintain accurate records of
all collection activities.
· Ensure compliance with company
credit policies and procedures.
· Prepare regular reports on
credit and collections activities.
· Collections are made on time
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in
credit and collections, preferably in agriculture, microfinance and marketing
and sales sector
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets
- Ability to work with SME`s
