You will proactively manage credit control, financial processes and reporting for customers and internal teams, ensuring compliance and optimising collection operations.

What you will do as a Credit Controller:

  • Conduct weekly credit control calls for all customers in collaboration with the Nordics sites.
  • Organise monthly debtor meetings with depots, agents and project teams; prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on actions and deadlines.
  • Check the credit limit for all customers before rentals and monitor it on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor advance payments and credit limits for customers with approved credit within the agent’s territory.
  • Prepare, propose, justify and post bad debt write-offs and doubtful debts on a monthly basis.
  • Perform credit checks on new customers and assist in defining credit limits.
  • Review accrued revenue and deferred income and update the related balance sheet accounts.
  • Prepare weekly reports on incoming cash flow forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly reports on trade receivables, including but not limited to: accounts receivable ageing, movements in bad debt reserves and the Risk Report.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in managing monthly credit processes.
  • Experience in reconciling accounts for key customers.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage expectations.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as M3 or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and efficiently with colleagues across the business.
  • Fluent in English.
