Purpose of the Job
Responsible for efficient credit control and risk management for ALIPL. Expertise in performing Credit Analysis collections and commercial management. Formulation and execution of credit policy to build strong business relationships with both, internal and external customers.
Performance Dimensions and Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of the Credit Management and Control function
- Strong understanding of Accounting / Reporting and MIS
- Soundtrack record of the AR Management
- Very good analytical mind to understand the issues related to Credit Management and devise the suitable strategies to achieve the desire results
- Good understanding of the KPIs in the receivables management and risk mitigating tools
- Monitoring the credit policy of the organisation
- Very good knowledge of the LCs, Bank Guarantees
- Sound knowledge of the accounting and understanding of carrying out the account reconciliation with customers
- Knowledge of Negotiable Instrument act and Indian Contract Act would be an advantage playing out this role. Drafting Letters and keeping track of the follow-up with customers effectively.
External Parties: Dealing with Customers, sales agents of the company

Qualifications/ Certifications
A degree in Commerce Or Postgraduate in Commerce / a Degree in Law / MBA
Experience:
5-10 years of experience in handling the Credit Control / AR Management function
Knowledge, Technical Skills and Nature of Experience
Domain Skill set:
Knowledge of Commercial contracts, Payment terms, Debt collection, Credit Policy, Knowledge of Commercial Laws
Soft Skills:
Strong understanding of MS Office, knowledge of ERP system and extracting the required reports
Behavioural/ Leadership Skills
