We are looking for a Creative Specialist with a strong sense of trends, a desire to create impactful campaigns, and a vision for crafting compelling marketing concepts for wellness products.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Create engaging marketing campaign concepts from scratch.
- Conduct research to identify creative opportunities.
- Prepare detailed briefs to guide designers, influencers, and post-production teams.
- Evaluate the business impact of creative assets to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, influence marketing, SMM, and content teams.
- Manage asset and video production with designers, influencers, and creators.
- Develop and refine processes for creative development and testing to support marketing goals.
ABOUT YOU:
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, SMM, or influencer marketing.
- Strong business mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in market and competitor research and analysis.
- Experience in creating briefs for designers.
- Basic copywriting skills in English and Upper-Intermediate level proficiency.
- A creative approach with a desire to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Strong self-management skills, structured thinking, and the ability to manage teams.
