We're looking for a Content Distribution Specialist who knows how to turn content into a scalable growth channel across platforms like Medium, Reddit, and YouTube. This role sits at the intersection of content, SEO, and growth, with a strong focus on visibility, traffic, and conversion.
In this role, you will:
- Review existing content distribution efforts and build a scalable distribution strategy across key platforms (Medium, Reddit, YouTube), focused on traffic growth and conversion.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content distribution plan and publishing calendar for each platform, aligned with product goals, SEO priorities, and LLM visibility.
- Launch, test, and optimize distribution experiments (formats, headlines, posting frequency, communities) and continuously improve results based on performance data.
- Set up and manage an external content production workflow: onboard freelancers, prepare briefs and guidelines, coordinate delivery, and ensure consistent quality and deadlines.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and product teams to align distribution efforts with broader business and growth objectives.
- Track and analyze distribution performance, turning insights into actionable improvements and clear next steps.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- Experience in content distribution, content marketing, or social/content growth roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-driven discovery (search intent, UGC platforms, LLM visibility).
- Hands-on experience publishing and growing content on platforms like Medium, Reddit, YouTube, or similar communities.
- Proven experience in content creation, distribution, and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment with a strong sense of ownership and proactivity.
- Experience working with SEO and AI content tools.
- Experience coordinating freelancers or cross-functional teams: briefing, feedback, deadlines, and quality control.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian.
As a plus:
- Experience with community management, especially understanding Reddit rules, moderation culture, and post positioning.
- Familiarity with influencer or creator collaborations and cross-promotion formats.
- Experience localizing or adapting content for different markets.
