Come join our creative team in a new, multifaceted role with broad responsibilities! You will be collaborating with brand guardians and creatives from the LEGO Group and our Merlin Entertainment partners in elevating LEGOLAND experiences for families worldwide!
No relocation assistance will be offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities- Manage and govern our creative digital asset library.
- Drive seamless creative collaboration across multifunctional teams by acting as a supportive bridge between the creative team, internal departments and external collaborators, proactively removing roadblocks and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Deliver project and planning assistance to keep the team on track with deadlines and deliverables.
- Co-develop and help implement efficient processes and structures to improve our transparency and workflow.
- Provide administrative support from quick problem-solving to hands-on project involvement with the creative team and leadership.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks with a smile - including the maintaining of organized folder structures, managing documentation and travel planning.
The LEGO Brand Parks & Experiences (LBPX) team brings the LEGO brand to life across LEGOLAND attractions including water parks, theme parks, and hotels.
LEGO® Brand Parks & Experiences Team aims to amaze and engage families and children aged 2-12 with the LEGO® brand in world-class LEGOLAND® attractions globally.
We partner with Merlin Entertainment and The LEGO Group to elevate the LEGOLAND brand and business through continuous improvement and development of consistent, connected LEGO branded experiences.
Do you have what it takes?
- Significant experience in project coordination, administration, or similar roles, preferably in creative environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and connecting the dots simultaneously.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and engaging in process management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating effortlessly across diverse teams.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and a curiosity about spotting bottlenecks and improving processes.
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to roll with the constantly evolving rhythm of a creative team.
- Comfortable handling ad hoc tasks and navigating flexible responsibilities.
- Able to travel (approximately bi-monthly).
- Fluent in English.
