Core Responsibilities
As a Legal Design & Compliance Manager, you will support the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end legal processes. You will collaborate closely with partners across the LEGO Group Legal department and the Operational Legal department within the Business Service Operations (BSO) team to enhance executional speed, standardization, and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the design and implementation of end-to-end performance measurement systems to drive process optimization.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on legal processes.
- Facilitating the standardization and governance of end-to-end legal processes.
- Working closely with Legal teams in the LEGO Group and the BSO Operational Legal department to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contributing to the design of legal processes with a focus on executional speed.
- Staying informed about guidelines and supporting their implementation across the team.
The role is located either Prague – Jinonice or Billund, and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Governance, Risk & Compliance is part of Business Service Operations (BSO). We design and build end-to-end compliance processes with a strong focus on business value and balanced compliance - enabling guardrails with as little friction as possible!

Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in process management, process improvement, process automation, or a related field.
- Strong project-management skills and the ability to support change initiatives.
- Strong optimization skills and high attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes in an international environment.
What would be an advantage?
- Experience in a similar legal operations or compliance-focused role.
- Ability to drive initiatives and navigate complex partner landscapes.
- Experience working within a Center of Expertise or Business Service Center.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize.
