We’re growing our Business Analytics team and looking for a Commercial Analyst to own and elevate our commercial data. You’ll analyse data on contacts, clients, and opportunities, and drive processes that improve data quality and consistency. Your mission is to help Implement understand how opportunities flow through the funnel, why they’re won or lost, and how we can use these insights to improve forecasting and performance.
What you’ll do
- Define, own, and evolve our commercial KPIs – and bring them to life in reporting.
- Be the data steward for our CRM: accounts, contacts, clients, and opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear, high-impact reports and analyses for decision-makers.
- Partner with leadership to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset. You hold a master’s degree and bring 1-3 years of experience working with CRM data, ideally Salesforce. You understand B2B sales processes, funnels, and performance metrics, and you’re not just structured and proactive - you take ownership and communicate clearly. You know how to turn complex data into simple, human-friendly visuals that drive decisions. Most importantly, you thrive in a hands-on role where autonomy and impact go hand in hand.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems.
- Exposure to network/commercial data and an understanding of their dynamics.
- Experience with Power BI and SQL.
