    • 🎨 Strong Design Skills – Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and confidence with layout, color, and composition.

    • 🧩 Figma Proficiency – Able to create mockups, wireframes, and collaborate with designers effectively.

Responsibilities of the Creative Marketing Support:

Your responsibilities include:

  • 🎨 Creative Asset Creation & Iteration
    • Design and iterate visual assets for ads, organic social, email, and website using Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent tools
    • Translate product one-pagers and creative briefs into fresh, visually engaging content concepts
    • Produce multiple ad variations optimized for performance testing across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
    • Add motion graphics or subtle animations (e.g., animated text, simple effects) to make visuals dynamic and scroll-stopping
    • Repurpose and resize creative assets for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency
    • Take high-level direction and execute with minimal supervision — turning a concept into polished, on-brand creative
  • 🧠 Technical Implementation & Platform Updates
    • Upload and update creative assets on Shopify, replacing banners, product imagery, and campaign visuals
    • Manage Klaviyo email and SMS templates by inserting new designs, banners, or visuals
    • Understand file formats, compression, and distribution best practices to ensure assets are optimized for digital use
    • Support the rollout of creative content across web and marketing systems with a detail-oriented approach
  • 🗂 Digital Asset Management
    • Oversee the Stockpress digital asset manager, ensuring assets are properly tagged, categorized, and version-controlled.
    • Maintain naming conventions and structure for easy retrieval by internal teams
    • Track incoming third-party creative files and integrate them into the company’s digital library
    • Quickly locate and deliver requested assets to internal collaborators
  • 🧱 Wireframing & Web Optimization
    • Use Figma to create mockups and visual layouts for website sections, landing pages, and product displays
    • Partner with the web designer to implement simple UI improvements that enhance customer experience
    • Support testing and optimization projects by providing updated visual elements or layout suggestions
  • 💬 Team Coordination & Communication
    • Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to manage creative workflow
    • Communicate updates, file links, and progress reports clearly through Slack and project tools.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, or creative partners as needed
    • Uphold creative consistency and attention to detail throughout all brand materials
