As a Creative Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative output, translating ideas into visually striking work across digital, social, film, and other platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with wider teams to deliver work that is not only aesthetically appealing, but also strategically sound.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality designs for brand campaigns
- Create compelling motion graphics and animations for social, film, and digital platforms
- Conceptualize and execute key visuals and assets for campaigns, presentations, and immersive experiences
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into innovative visual solutions
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring integrated campaigns to life
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- Stay up to date with trends, tools and technologies in design and motion graphics
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a busy advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, motion graphics, animation, and similar work
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles
- Ability to take projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and ability to handle tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital)
- Basic understanding of video editing and sound design
- Exposure to UI/UX or interactive design
- Experience working with global and/or regional brands
