Roles and Responsibilities
Formulate and Execute GTM Strategy:
- Partner closely with regional leadership team to formulate and implement a phased Go-To-Market Strategy across business segments and regions.
- Translate the overarching strategic framework into a localized, actionable execution plan for the team and channel partners—taking full accountability for the outcome by delivering on key leading indicators and sequential milestones.
- Be the organizational ambassador of Indonesia PCS business in a multi-stakeholder matrix environment. Build consensus among regional and country leadership to secure alignment and resources necessary for strategic implementation.
Focus on the Customers:
- Improve market perception of GE HealthCare PCS business by leading all the in-country business development, marketing and clinical education efforts.
- Be the primary point of contact for Indonesia PCS business across senior customer stakeholders such as Hospital Management, Key Opinion Leaders, Partners, and Societies, etc.
- Perform as the strategic account manager for key enterprise or multi-modality deals in key accounts or centralized tenders.
- Regularly consolidate and report market intelligence such as market size, changing dynamics, and competition landscape.
Empower and Elevate Team:
- Ensure alignment across strategy, structure and people. Continuously build core competency of internal team and channel partners to add more value to the customers.
- Build a culture of teamwork by establishing clear and consistent roles and responsibility, rules of engagement, and escalation processes.
- Demonstrate servant leadership and influence without authority. Be a respected commercial thought leader of PCS business across internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
- Accountable for key financial and operational measurements of Indonesia PCS business, including both lagging and leading indicators.
- Continuously improve standard work under the Daily Management System framework to enable effective and efficient operating mechanisms.
- Oversee commercial operation cadence of channel partners across all geography and segments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in commercial leadership roles.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in the Indonesia HealthCare Industry.
- Track record of medical equipment sales.
- Track record of distribution management.
- Track record of leading in a highly matrixed MNC.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
