  • Act as the representative of Traveloka to introduce our brand in the JP accommodation supply market.
  • Identify, contact, and convince the decision makers in the market to onboard their properties into our platform.
  • Perform account management to make sure the highest level of availability, pricing competitiveness, and inventory quality.
  • Provide reliable market information about JP accommodation supply market and competition landscape to our leadership team.
  • Leverage our commercial program to get the best value from our partnership with accommodation partners.
  • Provide reliable input and feedback to our product team to continuously improve our supply product and technology based on the market context and requirements in JP.
  • Act as our advocate for our accommodation partners to use our platform to the maximum extent possible in providing the best value for our customers.
  • Work closely with our commercial and marketing team to develop tactical programs to win supply market share.

Requirements

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in the accommodation industry in JP. Significant experience in OTA is a strong advantage.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in from any degrees from top local or overseas universities
  • Strong leadership skill and the mindset to get the most difficult things done.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and strong intuition of tourism industry players
  • Result-oriented, driven individual.
  • Willing to travel outside of the country whenever is needed by the company
  • Strong “hunter” profile. The one who is street smart, knocking the doors, and gets things done. Entrepreneurial mindset is very much appreciated.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
