Leads NOV Wellsite Services operations across Saudi Arabia, overseeing Solids Control, Waste Management, and Managed Pressure Drilling. Responsibilities
  • Lead the Solids Control, Waste Management, and Managed Pressure Drilling businesses in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure the highest HSE standards across field operations, workshops, facilities, and transportation activities.
  • Maintain full accountability for country P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost control.
  • Manage working capital, including receivables, inventory, asset utilization, and unbilled revenue.
  • Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery in accordance with contractual and client requirements.
  • Maintain equipment readiness, service quality, and adequate operational resources.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the country team by setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
  • Build local capabilities, develop Saudi talent, and maintain effective succession plans.
  • Develop and execute sales and business-development plans for each service line.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies, products, and services into the Saudi market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and address operational or commercial concerns promptly.
  • Lead major tenders, contract negotiations, pricing reviews, and commercial proposals.
  • Develop and implement the country strategy in line with NOV objectives and senior management direction.
  • Ensure compliance with NOV policies, internal controls, client standards, and applicable Saudi regulations.
  • Monitor business and operational performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in oilfield services, including at least five years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility. Fifteen or more years of relevant experience is preferred.

  • Relevant operational or commercial experience in Solids Control, Waste Management, Managed Pressure Drilling, or related drilling services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasts, working capital, and business performance.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary operational, technical, and commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of HSE leadership, service quality, and risk management within oilfield operations.
  • Experience developing sales strategies, leading tenders, negotiating contracts, and growing service businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian oil and gas market and its major clients.
  • Established ability to build productive relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Arabic language capability is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client offices, workshops, and field locations across Saudi Arabia.
