We are seeking a driven professional with 1–3 years of relevant experience—preferably in gaming or sports betting—to join us as a 6-month contractor. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience as a Country Executive, ready to step up to PnL ownership and market leadership. You’ll focus on optimising product performance, managing app launches, and overseeing commercial operations in the Swedish market. This contract is remote and set for six months, with the potential for extension.

The Role

As the Country Lead – Sweden, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving product improvements to ensure we deliver an industry-leading experience for our Swedish users. You will focus on product management, market optimization, and partner engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams to foster growth and maintain exceptional product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily product launches, ensuring smooth updates and improvements.
  • Act as the main contact for product issues in Sweden, relaying local feedback to the global team.
  • Track daily KPIs to monitor product performance in Sweden.
  • Use data insights to suggest improvements for better user experience and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, ensuring growth-focused partnerships.
  • Identify and resolve product inefficiencies, driving the implementation of solutions.
  • Continuously optimize processes to support growth and operational excellence.

About You

  • 1-3 years of experience in the gaming industry or sports betting.
  • Proven PnL ownership and visibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex products and data sets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead internal and external partners.
  • Strong sports knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the Swedish market and regulatory landscape is a plus.
