We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Cost Deployment Specialist to join our team and drive our World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives. This role is pivotal in implementing, leading, and managing the Cost Deployment pillar, focusing on the systematic identification, stratification, quantification, and prioritization of all forms of cost loss across our operations. You will utilize the rigorous Cost Deployment methodology to map losses to costs, pinpoint major sources of waste, guide data-driven decision-making, and collaborate closely with other WCM pillars to achieve significant, sustainable cost reductions and overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the implementation of the Cost Deployment (WCM) pillar activities and methodology.

Systematically identify and quantify all types of operational losses (waste, breakdowns, defects, energy, etc.).

Map cost structures and rigorously link identified process losses directly to their financial impact.

Analyze Cost Deployment results and matrices (e.g., A, B, C) to understand loss distribution and sources.

Investigate the root causes of high-priority losses using appropriate problem-solving methodologies.

Calculate and analyze the quantitative financial impact ($) of identified losses on the business.

Prioritize loss reduction opportunities based strictly on their cost impact to focus improvement efforts.

Collaborate with and provide data-driven guidance and priorities to other WCM pillars and project teams.

Support the definition, justification (cost-benefit), and scoping of improvement projects targeting prioritized cost losses.

Monitor the progress, financial savings, and relevant KPIs of loss reduction projects, evaluating and reporting outcomes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or Mechanical, Manufacturing, Finance, or Business)

1–3 years of experience in cost analysis, process improvement, or production-related roles (internships and project experience welcome!)

Interested in lean manufacturing approaches and continuous improvement

Strong with numbers, details, and solving problems

Good Excel skills; experience with ERP or data tools is a plus

Eager to work in a manufacturing environment, even without previous direct experience

A good communicator and team player

Fluent in English

Residing or willing to relocate to the Anatolian side of Istanbul or the Gebze.
