The role requires managing complex suppliers and contracts across EU sites, with regular office work near Apeldoorn and travel for plant and supplier visits.

Support global talent and leadership initiatives by helping create learning content, assisting workshops and programmes, analysing feedback, and contributing to strategic HR and transformation projects while working with international teams.

Manage solutions selling and specification opportunities across the London commercial HVAC market. Build relationships with specifiers and contractors, generate leads, deliver pipeline and budget, work with technical team on decarbonization solutions, forecast demand, negotiate with stakeholders, and meet KPIs.

Plan and optimise daily schedules for field engineers to meet SLAs, manage same-day planning, export workloads, order parts, handle customer communications and jeopardy management to maximise first-time fixes and utilisation.

This role involves general finance management with closely supervised activities, addressing simple problems and explaining relevant facts, policies, and practices.
