Catalent Pharma Solutions is adding a Corporate Recruiter - Contract to join our team. In this role, you will partner with HR and hiring managers to support staffing strategies and recruitment needs. You will manage requisitions from start to finish and implement effective sourcing strategies. This position offers the chance to engage with both active and passive candidates and influence their decision-making through a consultative approach.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Location: Bridgewater, NJ

The Role
- Collaborate with HR managers and hiring managers to determine staffing strategies, gather position requirements, review compensation, and ensure job descriptions and behavioral profiles are current
- Monitor requisition progress from approval to closure
- Develop and implement recruitment programs and strategies to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with strategic planning and branding
- Source active candidates through online databases, job postings, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
- Proactively source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and internet/social media searches
- Evaluate motivators of candidates and influence decision-making using a consultative recruitment approach
The Candidate
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to create and drive efficient and effective candidate generation strategies beyond traditional recruitment methods, including strong passive recruitment, headhunting, and pipeline development
Preferred Skills & Background
- Experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology recruiting is highly preferred
- Knowledge and experience in attracting and engaging talent virtually is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Customer Relationship Management tools; Workday and Phenom experience highly preferred
- Talent Advisor skills including strategic and analytical problem solving, proactive talent planning, strong relationship building and delivering exceptional candidate experience
Pay
The anticipated hourly rate for this position in NJ is $45 – $50. The final hourly rate offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
