The Opportunity:
CACI seeks a part-time on-call Content Strategist with experience in the government and defense industries to help bring our corporate narrative to life. You will turn complex information into simple and compelling stories, working with expert engineers and the C-suite to produce content in a variety of forms — from case studies, executive op-eds, and blogs to white papers, reports, and more. Your contributions will help us refine and expand our corporate narrative with compelling, targeted messaging strategies and audience-centric content.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities
- Work closely with the business to develop capability/product positioning and messaging
- Develop high-quality marketing and communications materials showcasing CACI technology and expertise, to include annual reports, technology flyers, marketing, social media ads, brochures, web content, radio scripts, and multi-media production scripts
- Ensure the brand narrative, voice, and tone guidelines are consistently applied
- Provide proofreading/editing services for all forms of written company content
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and manage timelines to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications:
Required:
- Prior marketing communications experience in the government and defense industry, and at least 10 years of marketing and communications experience overall
- Ability to translate complex subjects, especially related to military or technology, into digestible information and compelling stories
- Exceptional verbal and non-verbal skills — writing, speaking, listening
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work at all levels of management
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage competing priorities and firm deadlines
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter

The proposed salary range for this position is:
