Sales Operations Analyst

At Storyous, we help entrepreneurs do what they do best – take care of their customers. Our technology simplifies the operation of cafés, restaurants, and bars, allowing owners to focus on what matters most. We are part of the international fintech group Teya, but in Czechia, we operate as a smaller team with our own culture, energy, and ideas.
We’re looking for a Sales/Business Operations Analyst to keep our commercial engine running smoothly — owning partner administration, sales commissions, reporting cadence, CRM hygiene, and data analysis across HubSpot, Tableau, Snowflake, and MongoDB. You’ll work closely with Sales and Product to ensure accurate payouts, reliable KPI visibility, and actionable insights that drive growth.

What will you do?

  • Own core sales operations rhythms across partnerships, commissions, reporting, CRM hygiene, and data insights — ensuring accuracy, transparency, and predictable delivery.

  • Lead the end-to-end commissions cycle, safeguarding auditability and timely, trusted payouts; resolve queries and correction requests from sales agents.

  • Drive the monthly commercial review by curating clear KPIs, trends, and discussion themes that inform decisions.

  • Maintain a healthy CRM and reporting stack (HubSpot, Tableau), so teams have reliable, self-serve visibility into performance and pipeline.

  • Turn disparate data into actionable insights that improve conversion, cross‑sell, and pipeline quality.

  • Provide clear, practical recommendations based on your analysis - highlighting risks, opportunities, and next best actions for Sales.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to align on partnership commitments and forecasts, surfacing risks and opportunities early.

What do you need?

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and KPI frameworks (e.g., funnel, win-rate, activity-to-outcome).

  • High standards for accuracy, documentation, and auditability — especially around commissions.

  • Clear communication: able to distil findings into simple narratives and executive-ready slides.

  • Confidence, analytical mind, data-driven, resilience, and collaborative mindset.

  • Strong time management and on-time delivery against deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Tableau or Power BI (dashboards, calculated fields, parameters).

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).

  • SQL in Snowflake.

  • Daily use of AI to speed up analysis and reporting.

What would a successful adaptation look like in 6 months?

  • Commission cycles delivered on time with reconciled outputs and zero material errors.

  • A monthly KPI pack used as the single source of truth for commercial reviews.

  • Sales reports and data definitions are tidy, with improved adoption.

  • Actionable insights reduce churn drivers and improve conversion and cross-sell.

  • Partnership administration is accurate and timely — invoicing and communication on schedule.

Our benefits:

  • 26 days of vacation, work from home, sick days

  • Benefit Plus Cafeteria

  • Frequent team events and activities in and outside the office

  • Opportunity to travel to different offices across Europe.

  • Fruit in the office and special coffee every day.

  • Friendly, comfortable, and informal office environment.

  • Flexible working hours, if it suits you and your team.
