Criteo's Corporate Identity team manages who can access what, across the company. We cover the identity lifecycle of our workforce (employees, contractors, third parties), access to corporate applications, and authentication (SSO, MFA). We use modern IAM and IGA platforms (Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint ISC), automate as much as we can, and and AI is playing an increasingly significant role in our daily lives.
You will join a small, friendly team, work with a mentor, and share your ideas from day one. Your two main missions:
- Support the team's daily activities: access requests, tickets and incidents, data quality checks, and documentation.
- Take part in the team's projects: improving and automating identity and authentication processes, strengthening access governance, and experimenting with AI to make identity operations faster and smarter.
Depending on your interests, you may work on topics such as:
- Identity governance (joiner, mover, leaver, access reviews, roles)
- Authentication and access (SSO, MFA, conditional access)
- Automation and AI use cases (scripts, workflows, assistants and agents that answer access questions)
- Reporting and dashboards on access, accounts and compliance (SOX regulation)
You will learn how security, IT and the business work together. You will see how an identity platform is designed, run and improved at scale.
Who You Are:- You are in the 4th or 5th year of a Master's program in cybersecurity, information security, IAM, or a related field. Your school can provide a work-study contract.

- You are rigorous and careful with details. You know that in security, small mistakes matter.
