CSC Generation Enterprise (CSC) is an AI-enabled multi-brand platform that acquires and transforms retailers into profitable, digital-first, consumer-centric businesses. CSC's retail platform is purpose built around its core M&A strategy and drives alpha by encoding revenue growth, unit margin management, and other expert-level retail practices into automation and AI. CSC owns and operates more than 10 retail, eCommerce, and wholesale brands, including Sur La Table, Backcountry, and One Kings Lane.
We are adding a Corporate/Senior Corporate Counsel (depending on experience/seniority) to our team! Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, supporting a growing family of brands, you will be given the opportunity to work on novel issues and to creatively solve unique business problems in a wide variety of legal subject areas. This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team.
The ideal candidate will be based in the greater Chicago area and will work a hybrid schedule out of the downtown Chicago office (2 days in office and 3 days remote).
