Serves as the in-store coffee expert, educating customers on brewing methods, beans, equipment, and accessories. Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, finance, creative, and other professional roles across multiple brands. Partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, maintain talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, improve processes, and expand the company’s recruiting presence in Canada. Manage multiple requisitions while advising stakeholders and delivering results with high ownership and minimal oversight.

Leads annual budgeting and forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, executive dashboards, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
