Let's start with the role

As our Corporate Communications Senior Executive, Internal Communications, you will own Kaizen Gaming's internal communications — the voice that connects leadership with the organisation and ensures employees across all markets hear the right message, at the right time, through the right channel.
Working across a complex stakeholder landscape and in coordination with Corporate Communications teams globally, you will own the internal editorial cycle, support communications for major company moments, and govern the digital infrastructure that keeps the organisation aligned and informed.
This role sits within the Corporate Communications vertical, reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, Internal Comms & Employer Branding.

As a Corporate Communications Senior Executive, Internal Communications, you will:
  • Own the internal communications editorial calendar end-to-end — planning, producing, and publishing employee-facing content across global and local channels with the right tone, timing, and cadence.
  • Lead the development and execution of leadership communications — structuring messaging, producing content and briefing materials for All Hands sessions, Townhalls, Leadership Offsites, and People Manager cascades, and ensuring messaging lands with clarity and impact before, during, and after each milestone.
  • Own change communications, translating business decisions, organisational shifts, and leadership priorities into employee messaging that builds understanding and trust across the organisation.
  • Govern the internal channels ecosystem — Workvivo, Confluence, Slack, G-Suite, and Zoom —maintaining platform structure, governance, access, content integrity, and ongoing platform evolution.
  • Oversee the stakeholder communications service desk, setting standards for how internal requests are triaged and fulfilled across HR, Commercial, Strategy, the local Corporate Communications network and more — ensuring speed, quality, and consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Co-create communications content for leadership and employee events in close collaboration with the teams organising internal events, ensuring messaging lands consistently before, during, and after each event.
  • Track and report on internal communications performance — delivering monthly channel metrics, KPI reports, and insights across the internal channels ecosystem to inform content decisions and demonstrate the business impact.
  • Support the production of events organised by the Internal Communications & Employer Branding team by contributing to logistics coordination, on-ground delivery, and alignment between communications and production workstreams.
  • Contribute to broader Corporate Communications initiatives as required, bringing flexibility, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.

What you'll bring

  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience ideally focused in internal communications within a global, multi-location organisation — with demonstrated ownership of an internal editorial function, experience coordinating with international teams or local communications networks, and a track record of producing communications across multiple channels and employee audiences.
  • Proven track record of producing and managing leadership communications including All Hands sessions, Townhalls, and executive messaging in a complex, multinational organisation.
  • Strong public speaking and facilitation skills, with the confidence to present to and engage large employee audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with employee communications platforms — Workvivo, Slack, Confluence, or equivalent — and a thorough understanding of channel governance.
  • Proficiency in English copywriting is essential — this role produces all content in English across every internal channel. Greek language proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Deep stakeholder management capability, comfortable navigating complex internal relationships across functions and senior leadership.
  • Experience in change communications and the ability to translate complex business decisions into clear, credible employee messaging.
  • Confident user of AI tools — Claude, Gemini, or equivalent — to enhance content production, streamline communications workflows, and continuously advance how the internal communications function operates.

At Kaizen Gaming we are an AI-first company and expect our people to leverage emerging technologies as part of their everyday toolkit.
