Support AML/CFT operations by reviewing alerts and transaction monitoring reports, assisting with EDD, preparing files for STRs/SARs, updating client risk ratings, collaborating with other departments for investigations, and providing administrative and onboarding support under senior supervision.

Manage vendor relationships across Customer Account domains (MyAccount, Responsible Gaming, KYC, Account Comms, Fraud). Own vendor performance, contract negotiation, pricing optimization, budgeting and forecasting, monthly cost monitoring, invoice validation/reconciliation, and process improvements to balance customer experience and cost. Collaborate with Procurement and Product; travel to industry exhibitions (2–3x/year).
