Corporate Accounting Manager

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager. In this role, you will oversee financial information processing, reporting, and analysis across multiple locations. You’ll ensure accurate financial operations while supporting and mentoring accounting staff.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll help drive the success of the Kalahari experience by supporting financial health and operational integrity across our resorts. Through accuracy, collaboration, and strategic support, your work will help provide the resources, tools, and support associates need to thrive and guests to enjoy an exceptional Kalahari experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial information processing, reporting, and analysis across multiple locations.

• Oversee and coordinate accounting staff responsibilities to support accurate and timely financial operations.

• Review financial information and reports for accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with accounting teams across locations to support consistent financial processes.

• Provide guidance and support to accounting staff.

What We’re Looking For

• A four-year college degree, preferably in accounting, or equivalent education and experience.

• Three to five years of experience in a related finance or accounting position.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Supervisory experience in a finance, accounting, or hotel setting is preferred.
