About the role

NCH Industrial is seeking a highly driven Corporate Account Manager to support the growth of strategic multinational customer relationships across Europe.

This role is part of a new initiative to strengthen how NCH Industrial develops and manages its largest corporate accounts across multiple European markets. Many global manufacturing customers already work with NCH in several countries, and the objective is to further expand these partnerships, increase share of wallet, and unlock additional opportunities across their European operations.

As one of the first hires in this strategic initiative, you will play a key role in shaping how NCH Industrial approaches corporate account development across Europe. You will work closely with the EVP Industrial Europe and collaborate with the President Global Industrial, while coordinating with country sales teams to identify opportunities, develop new business, and expand cooperation with major industrial customers.

This position combines strategic account development with a strong business development focus, requiring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to open new opportunities within large multi-site organisations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans for major European and multinational industrial customers.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective corporate accounts, expanding NCH Industrial’s footprint across multiple customer sites and countries.

  • Increase share of wallet within large manufacturing organisations by building relationships with key stakeholders across procurement, operations, and engineering teams.

  • Act as the primary commercial interface between corporate customers and regional country teams, ensuring alignment on service delivery, pricing strategy, and commercial agreements.

  • Coordinate with country sales and technical teams to support multinational contracts and multi-site implementations of NCH Industrial solutions.

  • Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide regular business reviews and forecasts to senior leadership.

  • Negotiate framework agreements and commercial terms that support long-term, profitable customer relationships.

  • Represent NCH Industrial at customer meetings, business reviews, and industry events, promoting the company’s sustainable, water-based parts cleaning and industrial maintenance solutions.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a commercially driven professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on sales mindset and is comfortable developing new opportunities within large industrial organisations.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in key account management, business development, or strategic sales within an industrial B2B environment.

  • Experience working with manufacturing or production industry customers, ideally in areas such as industrial services, chemicals, maintenance solutions, or technical equipment.

  • A proven ability to develop and expand business within large, multi-site organisations.

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex stakeholder environments.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities, open new sites, and develop new business within existing corporate relationships.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (approximately 40–50%).

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential.
