We are seeking a forward-thinking and motivated Summer Intern to join our Core Network team. In this role, you will act as a catalyst for innovation, bringing a fresh, outside-in perspective to our operations. You will focus on leveraging AI technologies to optimize project processes and elevating our technical documentation standards. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a tier-one telecom environment, bridge the gap between academic research and industry application, and contribute to our local society initiatives.
What you do
- AI-Driven Process Optimization (Research-Focused)
- Conduct research on the latest AI/ML trends and tools applicable to telecom core networks.
- Provide fresh, outside-in insights to optimize existing project processes and workflows.
- Propose actionable AI-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Project Documentation Refinement
- Review and optimize technical project documents to ensure clarity, logical structure, and readability for both technical teams and executive management.
- Assist in transforming complex network data into structured, easy-to-digest knowledge bases.
- Cross-Functional Support & Social Responsibility
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to facilitate smooth project coordination.
- Support the department's local society initiatives, aligning technical projects with community-driven goals.
What you will bring
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- AI & Research Savvy: Strong analytical and research skills, with a passion for AI/ML technologies and process automation.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured English documentation.
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with an eager-to-learn attitude, capable of collaborating across different functions.
