Who You Are

The Component Manufacturing Coordinator will be Responsible for helping to receive / put away and expected to work closely with all new team members on training and process conformance. The Coordinator oversees project specific material and adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered on-time to specifications and high standards.  The Coordinator is also responsible for helping to oversee the successful completion of new warehouse projects and events.

How It's Done

  • Pre-receipt function of FANUC shipments, including parts and robots
  • Receipt of FANUC and domestic shipments through ERP system
  • Overseeing the delivery of projects and adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards
  • Support receiving / put away team with high-level transactions and with advanced ERP / FAC knowledge
  • Help train new employees on ERP receiving / put away processes
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate team members for warehouse projects

What You Need

  • High school/GED education
  • Familiarity with picking, packing and shipping materials
  • Maintain tool crib
  • Order necessary machine tooling
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes, verify quantities and part numbers, and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems

What Would Be Even Better

  • Associate degree in a related field
  • Prior experience in logistics and/or warehousing environments preferred
  • Basic to intermediate PC skills
