This role will support the administration for sales support. In this role, the individual will be responsible for sales related activities. They will provide customer sales and technical support, conduct market investigation, manage product shipments and support with budget management.
This role will primarily support our Semiconductor Product Business, but will act as backup for our Semiconductor Anelva business.
ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities include:
SALES Support:
1. Sales Staff Support:
• Act as a Sales Support Coordinator, prepare quotations, check purchase orders, contracts from customer, and issue confirmation letters
• Communication with internal stakeholders , like Finance, (Budget, VAT) , Logistics (Trade Term, export, import) and IT
• Communication with customers to check their requirement, inquiry, and provide support to fix the inquires.
2. Sales & Marketing:
• Gather and update market information
• Create and update customer organisation chart
3. Contract/agreement conclusion with customers
• Understand the content of the contracts and work as a bridge among all related parties
4. Periodical report
• Prepare and support Weekly updates
• Prepare and support Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of sales figures & marketing activity
5. Customer relations:
• Carry out smooth daily communications and enhance relationships with customers
• Act with speed to complaints of customers
6. Exhibition Support:
• Support and apply for exhibitions, prepare booth during the exhibitions
ADMINISTRATION Support:
1. Merchandise items Controller:
• Create and keep accurate product information control / report
• Informing and support / contact Canon Inc. for all delivery related matters
2. Communication with Canon Inc.:
• Liaise on sales and budget related topics with customers and Canon internal
• Act as a responsible person and arrange efficient meetings throughout the year
3. Share Point Port (SPP Data storage):
• Update and improve activity by using SPP
4. Administration System Operation
• Work with different systems Oracle (R12) MDM, PDH, system operation, issue invoice to support with administration.
• Create the monthly drop shipment data for Inbound team (Excel)
• Create Master Part List using App Access
• System operation support and backup
5. Registration new customers and products
• Register and setup new customer and new products
• Check and negotiate product requirements and provide technical and sales contract support.
6. Others
• Support as a coordinator to help book flights, restaurants, etc.
• Arrange meeting schedules
BUDGET, FINANCE
1. Support with Budget review
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial budget review and modification
• Preparing and providing budget and actual sales report to CINC based on every budget review (12 times in a year)
• Preparing Provisions and Fixed Assets
• Preparing the budget figures for the monthly president report and Canon Inc. report
2. Other budget related activities:
• Proactive action and support in order to achieve budget
• Create basic information (according to budget related rules) and store in SPP
• Provide OFA (budgetary system) input and update
• Communication with Finance team and NSO
We are looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a sales support related position
- Excellent communication in English and Japanese for reading and writing
- Good skills in MS Office applications
- Willing & able to travel in Europe and Asia if needed
