The Senior Salesforce Specialist is responsible for delivering IT solutions, supporting operations, driving change management, and ensuring compliance with IT standards while mentoring junior team members.

Implements, integrates, configures, and supports Canon print management, document management, OCR, workflow automation, digital signature, and information governance solutions. Conducts technical discovery, solution architecture, presales support, customer workshops, testing, training, migrations, troubleshooting, and optimization. Provides onsite and remote customer support, manages project deliverables and escalations, maintains documentation, and supports integrations with enterprise applications, authentication services, databases, and cloud technologies.

Drive revenue growth and retention across a commercial account portfolio by prospecting, developing strategic account plans, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams. Use consultative selling to position technology, managed services, software, and workplace solutions, maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data, and meet revenue, profitability, and pipeline targets within a defined regional territory.

Leads financial controlling, accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash collection, and working capital management. Partners with sales and operations on commercial opportunities, contract evaluation, profitability, pricing, and financial decision-making. Oversees IFRS compliance, audits, financial close, lease accounting, internal controls, team leadership, and process improvement.

Lead EMEA learning and capability development initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Service, Corporate Functions, and Management Development. Partner with senior leaders to diagnose capability gaps, translate business priorities into scalable digital learning solutions, own development products, influence investment decisions, and measure behavioral and business impact. Collaborate across Learning and Capability, Talent, and business functions to deliver cohesive learner experiences.

Designs, develops, and maintains data pipelines, models, dashboards, and cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. Integrates marketing, sales, ecommerce, and CRM data using BigQuery, Power BI, SQL, Python, and R. Performs exploratory analysis, automates data workflows, improves data quality, and delivers actionable insights to stakeholders across Canon’s EMEA business.

Manage Canon’s creator and influencer partnerships across Europe, including creator identification, relationship development, campaigns, product gifting, content commissioning, trend monitoring, social commerce, agency management, budgets, governance, and performance reporting. Collaborate with Social, Brand, Communications, Marketing, Legal, Digital, Analytics, and local market teams to deliver compliant creator activity that grows engagement, brand preference, sales, and ROI.

Manage Canon’s B2B partner and distribution network for digital printing, scanning, and workflow solutions. Responsibilities include recruiting and enabling partners, developing business plans and campaigns, tracking sales and inventory analytics, managing forecasts and CRM pipelines, generating end-customer opportunities, analyzing market trends, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role requires partner management, hardware and software sales experience, strong commercial and analytical skills, English and Russian fluency, and willingness to travel.

Responsible for Canon product management across Middle East markets, including market analysis, pricing, positioning, launches, lifecycle management, sales planning, promotions, training, budgeting, gross profit oversight, and performance reporting. The role coordinates with headquarters, area sales teams, distributors, and partners to increase product awareness, market share, and sales achievement. Extensive travel, regional collaboration, and communication of technical information are required.

Provides onsite troubleshooting and first-time fixes for Canon products, minimizes recalls, manages parts and inventory, reports service activity using CAESAR, identifies commercial opportunities, supports customers and account managers, and trains users on Canon products and software. The role also contributes to team performance, customer satisfaction, health and safety, and business development.

Coordinates EMEA strategic trade compliance and customs activities, including HS product classification, duty-cost reconciliation, customs-law review, process stabilization, and compliance support for company projects. Advises product and country teams, improves processes through automation and knowledge management, and coaches team members while maintaining accuracy, regulatory alignment, and operational efficiency.

Supports semiconductor sales administration through quotations, purchase orders, contracts, customer communications, market research, reporting, product shipments, exhibitions, and customer relationship management. Maintains product and customer records, operates Oracle and other administrative systems, manages SharePoint data, prepares shipment information, and supports budget reviews, forecasts, provisions, fixed assets, and financial reporting. Coordinates with customers, Finance, Logistics, IT, Canon Inc., and internal stakeholders. Requires English and Japanese communication, sales support experience, and potential international travel.

Supports semiconductor sales administration, including quotations, customer orders, invoicing, parts management, logistics, customer and supplier setup, reporting, budgeting, and contract coordination. Maintains business systems and product data, supports customer relationships, coordinates meetings and travel, manages vendor and office costs, and prepares sales, marketing, financial, and budget reports. Requires at least three years of sales support experience, fluent written and spoken English and Japanese, strong Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to travel internationally.

Supports adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot, AI, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Digital Workplace services across Canon EMEA. Responsibilities include functional support, service improvement, stakeholder guidance, project coordination, AI use-case development, proof-of-concepts, user training, documentation, issue investigation, and technology optimization. The role acts as a trusted advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders while contributing to international workplace transformation initiatives.

Supports regional B2B sales teams with Salesforce troubleshooting, user training, onboarding, data governance, reporting, dashboard maintenance, minor configuration, UAT testing, system updates, and IT ticket coordination. The role maintains accurate sales data, price books, product records, and operational workflows while helping nontechnical users adopt Salesforce effectively.

Lead PR and social media efforts: plan, execute and measure integrated PR campaigns; develop and implement social media strategy and content; manage content calendars and assets; coordinate with agencies and EMEA spokespeople; support crisis communications and ensure governance across channels.

Manage sales and implementation of marketing activities for assigned Partner/SI accounts in Central Italy. Build and strengthen partner relationships, guide partners in complex projects using brand solutions, plan investments, set and execute annual account plans, monitor sell-out/stock/share metrics, and achieve sell-on budget and performance targets.

The Telesales Co-ordinator will identify potential customers, maintain relationships, present products over the phone, and manage customer data in CRM systems.

Manage cloud platforms for stability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Oversee operations, optimize services, enforce security, and ensure compliance.

Support 4CE Controlling Team for Consumer Business across Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Manage rebates and promotions, lead month-end closing and reconciliations, control provisions and accruals, prepare financial analyses and management reports, and support Sales with financial interpretation and communication.
