Primary Purpose:
Administer and support Paid Time Off (PTO) programs for union and non-union associates across ADUSA legal entities. Serve as the subject matter expert for PTO administration, ensuring accurate benefit delivery, compliance with company policies, and timely resolution of associate inquiries and escalations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve PTO system configuration issues by leveraging HRIS and Workforce Dimensions (WFD) expertise and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Support audit and compliance activities while driving process improvements and delivering an exceptional associate experience
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. This position can be based in one of our offices located in Scarborough, ME., and Carlisle, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process complex PTO transactions in HR systems, including associate changes affecting eligibility, accruals, balances, and payments.
- Ensure PTO transactions comply with applicable union agreements, company policies, and program requirements.
- Serve as a trusted resource for business units and HR Business Partners by providing guidance and support on PTO-related transactions and inquiries across ADUSA-affiliated legal entities.
- Monitor and analyze HR audit reports to maintain data integrity by researching and updating associate records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve PTO system configuration issues, processing errors, and defects impacting associates and business operations.
- Troubleshoot PTO data flow across HRIS, Workforce Dimensions (WFD), payroll, and downstream systems to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support system enhancements and process improvements.
- Support Business Services initiatives through project work and operational activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 1-3 years of related work experience in collectively bargained benefits or other benefits related areas.
- Intermediate MS Office, Visio and Project skills.
- Advanced Excel skills
- HR systems knowledge.
- Understanding of FLSA regulations
- Understanding of ERISA and applicable benefit provisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
- Familiar with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of HR information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $23.58 - $35.37
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
