Responsibilities
Support account management and project delivery across two brands, including status reporting, meeting preparation, client communications, and risk tracking.
Own executional projects independently, serving as the account and operations lead from brief through delivery.
Help manage paid media and media creative development workflows, including timelines, reviews, approvals, and adherence to client regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit deliverables for legal review, ensuring all formats comply with client and regulatory standards.
Help maintain accuracy across internal systems (project management tools, budget trackers, and resource inputs) keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Requirements
1–3 years of agency experience in account management or operations, with a working understanding of core principles across both functions.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly for internal and client audiences.
Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with project management platforms (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar) preferred.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive brands, paid media trafficking, creative asset delivery, or integrated agency environments is a plus.

Location: Chicago, Cincinnati
In-office expectation: 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu)
