The Account Coordinator will require activating fully integrated marketing campaigns that bring clients brands to life in a variety of ways through event marketing, PR stunts, regional and national events, channel specific advocacy events/parties, viral campaigns, and digital executions. The Account Coordinator will coordinate event planning, event implementation and vendor management. Coordinate these promotions as they go live, be a loyal brand advocate and work closely with a team of Field Managers and vendors to consistently exceed expectations.
ResponsibilitiesJob Duties:
- Identify venues and assist in multi-market site selection and negotiation;
- Manage vendors to ensure flawless execution and ensure optimum return on cost;
- Handle administrative oversight;
- Provide weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reporting and reviews;
- Coordination of event logistics (properties, staff, routing, etc.);
- Support all event budgets and vendor invoices; and
- Crisis management - identify field issues and develop solutions.
Minimum Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - preferred
Experience Requirements:
1 year event planning experience
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
Professionally polished and interested in client facing opportunities;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required Solid understanding of social media tools and digital platforms;
- Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work in a digital work environment; and
- Must be available to work flexible work hours which will include evenings and/or weekends at times.
