Job Description- Coordinate the work of customs brokers/runners, administrative staff, and operations personnel at the Saltillo and/or Ramos Arizpe terminal, as applicable, ensuring they fulfill their responsibilities according to their job descriptions and that all operations are processed in compliance with established Customs Compliance requirements.
- Maintain direct contact with warehouses, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
- Coordinate activities with both internal and external customers.
- Ensure that pre-inspections (Previos) are scheduled and that handling service requests are properly arranged.
- Verify documentation and ensure timely compliance with customs clearance processes.
- Support operational activities related to customs clearance procedures.
- Ensure that all operational events are accurately recorded, monitored through operational dashboards, or tracked through the corresponding reports in EXP.O Branch Reporting. When applicable, issue administrative corrective actions ("Administrative Reports") as required.
- Analyze the weekly productivity of each customs runner and review error reports.
- Follow up on escalation matters jointly with the Supervisory team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export operations within a Customs Brokerage Agency.
- Knowledge of logistics processes, shipment handling, and customs clearance procedures.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers.
