Objetivo del puesto
Coordinar y administrar los recursos humanos, materiales y operativos involucrados en el proceso productivo para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad, seguridad, costos y entrega. Asimismo, garantizar la eficiencia operativa, el desarrollo del personal, la mejora continua y la ejecución de nuevos proyectos dentro de la planta.
Principales responsabilidades
Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los indicadores de producción, calidad, seguridad, costos y medio ambiente.
Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de producción en eficiencia, mezcla y tiempos requeridos.
Administrar y desarrollar al personal a cargo, promoviendo equipos de alto desempeño. Implementar acciones de mejora continua orientadas a la optimización de procesos.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores clave como OEE, MTTR, MTBF, Scrap y Retrabajos.
Liderar juntas de seguimiento y comunicación con las áreas involucradas.
Garantizar la correcta implementación de metodologías de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.
Administrar presupuestos y recursos asignados al área.
Coordinar nuevos proyectos y cambios enfocados en la mejora de la operación.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares y certificaciones como IATF e ISO.
Conocimientos requeridos
Manejo de indicadores de desempeño (KPIs).
Administración y liderazgo de personal.
Sistemas de calidad IATF e ISO.
TPM (Mantenimiento Productivo Total).
Metodología PDCA y planes de acción.
Equipos de alto desempeño.
Procesos de estampado.
Solución de problemas y análisis de fallas.
Administración de presupuestos.
Mejora continua.
Balanceo de líneas.
Herramientas informáticas avanzadas.
Experiencia requerida
De 9 a 12 años de experiencia en áreas de manufactura y producción.
Experiencia comprobable liderando equipos de trabajo en ambientes industriales.
Experiencia en indicadores de producción, calidad, seguridad y mejora continua.
Experiencia en administración de recursos, cumplimiento de objetivos y gestión operativa.
Escolaridad
Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial o carrera afín.
Idiomas
Inglés intermedio.
