Objetivo del Puesto
Asegurarse de que se procesen correctamente los requerimientos de material productivo a proveedores y lograr que cumplan con los embarques en tiempo y forma. Analizar y verificar que lo que se está requiriendo en releases esta correcto y detectar en tiempo cualquier tipo de error de procesamiento. Mantener comunicación oral y escrita con proveedores. Asegurar que los productos se transporten de la forma más eficiente. Y mantener niveles óptimos de inventarios.
Escolaridad
Título y Cédula Profesional en Licenciatura en Administración/ Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afin.
Experiencia Requerida
3 años de experiencia en puestos similares en el ramo automotriz.
Conocimientos Específicos
Inglés 90%
Dominio del Software Office
Funcionamiento de un MRP
Conocimiento de Logística y Tráfico
Facilidad de palabra
Conocimiento de sistema SAP.
Roles y Responsabilidades
- Responsable de mantener y controlar niveles óptimos de inventario, cumpliendo con el límite de inventario permitido
- Enviar y confirmar la recepción y entendimiento de los requerimientos – releases a proveedores.
- Dar seguimiento con Analista de Logística para asegurar la llegada en tiempo y forma de los materiales
- Verificar que proveedores cumplan entregas de acuerdo a releases Verificar que SAP mantenga congruencia de requerimientos de clientes contra releases de proveedores.
- Verificar el envió en tiempo y forma de los ASN´s de proveedores, así como mantener limpio el SAP de ASN´s viejos, requisiciones, PO.
- Participa de forma activa en los cambios de ingeniería para evitar materiales obsoletos y asegurar el aprovechamiento de los materiales nuevos.
- Dar seguimiento a los materiales afectados en programas que están afectados en build out`s
- Mantenimiento a los parámetros en SAP
- Actualización y comunicación en tiempo de materiales críticos
- Presentar 5 porque`s en caso de afectar la productividad en las diferentes líneas.
- Actualizar PSI para proveedores problemáticos
- Utilizar Proceso de Escalación en tiempo y forma, así como el envío de PSI Alert en caso de situaciones críticas que lleguen afectar la productividad de las líneas de producción
- Hacer cargos a proveedores en Plexus y asegurar la evidencia necesaria para el flujo inmediato de la aprobación.
- Dar seguimiento y cerrar los CAR`s internos y los “ Suppliers Complaints”
- Comunicación regular con proveedores
- Asistir a Juntas de Fast Response
- Desarrollar y ejecutar las instrucciones estandarizadas de trabajo
- Actualizar y enviar reporte de Material en Transito a Finanzas los fines de mes.
- Identificación de oportunidades de mejora continua: Reducción de inventarios y Reducción de Transportación-Fletes
